桡骨头粉碎性骨折的内固定治疗

Radial head fracture with treatment of internal fixation

目的探讨桡骨头粉碎性骨折的不同内固定的治疗效果。方法回顾性分析21例桡骨头粉碎性骨折采用多根克氏针7例、薄微型钢板4例、钢板加螺钉固定5例、螺钉固定4例、AO空心钉固定1例的效果。结果 21例随访6～30个月,平均20个月。根据评定标准:本组疗效优8例(38.1%),良9例(42.9%),可3例(14.3%),差1例(4.8%),总优良率为80.9%。结论桡骨头粉碎骨折应行切开复位内固定获得满意的关节灵活度,提供更强的肌力和更全面的功能恢复。

Objective To explore the different radial head fracture fixation treatment.Methods Retrospective analysis 21 cases of radial head fractures,7 cases with Kirschner wire,4 cases with thin micro-plate,5 cases with plate and screw fixation,4 cases with screw fixation,1 cases with AO cannulated screws.Results 21 patients were followed up 6-30 months,an average of 20 months.According to evaluation criteria：efficacy in this group were excellent in 8 cases（38.1%）,good in 9 cases（42.9%）,all right 3 cases（14.3%）,poor in 1 cases（4.8%）,total fine rate was 80.9%.Conclusion The results comminuted fracture of the radial head with open reduction and internal fixation should be performed to obtain a satisfactory joint fiexibility,muscle strength and to provide more comprehensive functional recovery.
