一种新型直流固态断路器的拓扑研究

摘要 针对直流系统所具有的特点,对断路器结构进行改进,借鉴混合式固态断路器的换流思想和电流转移分断的思想,提出了适合于更高电压等级的用于直流电力系统的新型断路器拓扑结构方案。该方案不仅使用了软开关和谐振强迫换流思想,成功实现开关的软开通和快关断,而且更适合用到电力系统中的更高电压等级。实验结果证明了理论推导的正确性以及拓扑结构的可行性。 A novel circuit breaker topology is proposed in this paper,which is improved by using the current-commutation of hybrid circuit breakers for reference.By making use of soft-switching and current-commutation forced by resonance,the new topology can not only successfully realize the soft turn-on and fast turn-off but also can be applied in the occasion of higher voltage level.The experimental results show the feasibility of proposed topology and verify the correctness of theoretical derivation.
