重度创伤病人的手术救治与护理配合

The operation treatment and nursing care of patients with severe trauma

目的探讨重度创伤病人的手术救治与护理配合。方法迅速做好药品、物品准备,立即开放静脉通路,止血、静脉补液抗休克治疗,保持患者体温并给予心理护理。结果 166例严重创伤患者,抢救成功154例,死亡12例,抢救成功率92.8%。结论重度创伤病人发病急骤、病情危重、变化快,要熟练掌握重度创伤病人的抢救措施,紧张而有序的作好各项准备工作,与麻醉、手术医生密切配合,保证手术的顺利实施。

Objective： To discuss the treatment and nursing care of patients with severe trauma operation. Methods： Rapid preparing drugs and articles, immediate opening venous pathway, hemostasia, intravenous rehydration anti - shock treatment, maintaining the patients＇temperature and giving psychological nursing were given. Results： In the 166 cases of severe trauma patients, 154 were successful and 12 unsuccessful. The success rate was 92.8%. Conclusion： Severe trauma patients have a rapid onset, severe condition, and quick change, it is necessary to master rescue measures of severe trauma patient, make preparations fast and orderly, cooperate with anaesthetist and chirurgeon closely and ensure a smooth implementation of the operation.
