The article explains the master plan of Xian International Port Area and analyzes the traffic area position, area road network, traffic volume and present project status so as to put forward the reconstruction scheme of Xinzhu Grade Separation access and the grade separation scheme at the intersection of Fangwei Road and Around-oily Expressway, which play the positive role for guaranteeing the smoothness of the external traffic, opening the logistics channel and perfecting the road network structure of Xian International Port Area.
