薄膜弹丸对涂层基体冲击的界面结合强度分析

摘要 针对不锈钢薄膜弹丸冲击覆有涂层基体来考核涂层结合强度的问题,采用应力波理论和有限元计算两种方法对界面结合应力进行了分析和数值仿真。应用应力波理论分析了冲击过程中应力波传播过程与规律;采用固连失效模型反映基体与涂层结合的方法,建立了带有薄膜弹丸冲击覆有涂层基体的有限元模型。利用应力波理论和非线性有限元程序ANSYS/LS-DYNA对冲击过程分别进行了数值模拟,获得了涂层与基体间结合强度的应力分布情况。计算结果表明:应力波分析计算的结果与有限元数值仿真得到很好的相互验证。 The theory of stress waves was proposed to analyze the problem which was projectile impact against the substrate covered with a coating. Tie-break model reflected the combination of substrate and the coating, the process of collision was simulated by using transient explicit finite element code ANSYS / LS-DYNA. The distribution of stress between the film and the substrate was analyzed by means of numerical simulation coating. The results show that the analysis of stress wave and numerical simulation results are well consistent.
