摘要
天然气管道运行过程中,随着管道内压力、温度和天然气组分的变化会生成水合物。水合物的生成会降低管道的输送能力,从而提高输送成本,严重时更会堵塞管道甚至发生管道爆裂,造成重大的生产事故和巨大的经济损失。通过天然气管道内水合物生成条件预测模型的建立,确立天然气水合物形成时的温压关系,再结合天然气输送管道中温度和压力分布的仿真模拟,就可以预测天然气输送管道中水合物生成的大体位置和水合物生成的类型。这可以为防止天然气输送管道中水合物生成和堵塞提供技术依据,也为管道的设计和运行提供指导性建议。
The hydrate may be generated in the natural gas pipeline ponents of gas in the pipeline changes. Hydrate will reduce transmission when the pressure, temperature and corncapacity of the pipeline and enhancing the cost of transportation of the natural gas, moreover the hydrate will plug the pipe, causing industrial accidents and huge economic loss. Combine the relationship between temperature and pressure of the hydrate formation with the forecasting model of the hydrate formation in the natural gas pipeline can predict the location of hydrate formation and the type of hydrate. This technique may provide guidance for the design of natural gas pipeline.
