钢-塑齿轮组合行星传动振动与噪声特性的实验研究 被引量:4

摘要 通过搭建钢-塑齿轮组合行星传动振动试验台,对8种组合系统进行了一系列实验研究。主要研究了组合方式、转速以及负载等对钢-塑齿轮组合行星传动的振动与噪声特性的影响。实验结果分析表明:组合方式对行星传动系统输入轴和输出轴支承轴承上的动载荷影响显著。塑料齿轮的引入显著地降低了支承轴承上的动载荷;采用SNS组合或SNN组合可显著降低传动系统支承轴承上的动载荷;各种组合传动系统的噪声强度均随转速的升高而增大,组合方式对降噪效果影响显著。 How substituting plastic gears for steel ones affects planetary gear vibration and noise characteristics, the steel-plastic gear planetary gear vibration test rig is presented , and a series of experimental researchs depending on 8 combination systems with variable combinatorial mode, speed and load are carried on. The experimental results demonstrate that combinatorial mode can dramatically affect the dynamic loads of planetary gear transmission's input shaft and output shaft bearings. Plastic gears can reduce dynamic loads on support bearing markedly, the planetary gear which are comprised of S (steel) /N ( plastic ) /S(steel) or SNN ( sun/planet/ring gear) can greatly cut down dynamic loads on the transmission's support bearing, and the noise intensity of all combination systems increases as the speed raised which means combinatorial mode can deeply affect the noise reduction.
