摘要
针对LED生产设备的运动控制精度高、可操作性高的要求,设计了一套图像采集和运动控制平台。重点介绍了平台的硬件结构设计和软件框架设计。系统以Qt类库和运动控制卡、嵌入式工业相机为软硬件基础,通过2D绘图、DXF文件解析、图像采集构建了模具显示平台,采用模具图像平移旋转编程,转换为运动控制轨迹,实现了对LED封装设备的控制平台构建。
LED production equipment requires higher precision motion control and better maneuverability. A design of image acquisition and motion control platform is introduced. Including the structure of the hardware platform and software design. Qt C++ library and motion control card, embedded camera are made used of the 2D drawing and DXF file loading rebuild the LED Model displayed. Model rotation and translation programmed into a motion control track achieves LED packaging equipment for the control of platform construction.
