微型外固定支架治疗掌指骨关节内粉碎性（C型）骨折 被引量：8

摘要 目的 探讨微型外固定支架治疗闭合性掌指骨关节内粉碎性（C型）骨折的疗效.方法 对12例掌指骨关节内粉碎性（C型）骨折的患者采用骨折闭合复位微型外固定支架固定治疗.结果 12例患者平均随访13个月,按手功能TAM系统评定法评定：优9例,良3例.结论 闭合复位微型外固定支架治疗掌指骨关节内粉碎性（C型）骨折,具有手术方法简便,软组织损伤小,复位良好,骨折愈合快,不影响邻近关节功能优点,疗效满意.
