科技投入与经济增长的相关性分析——基于香港的实证研究

Science technology investment and ecnomic growth's relative analysis——demonstration research on HK

本文运用香港1997～2009年的统计数据对香港科技投入与经济增长之间的关系进行计量分析,结果表明:香港科技投入与经济增长存在单向因果关系,不管是R&D经费投入还是R&D人员投入均是经济增长的Granger原因,但经济增长并不是科技投入的Granger原因。最后,提出如何进一步提高科技投入对经济增长的拉动作用的建议。

This paper analyzes the relationship between science and technology（ST） investment and economic growth using statistical data of Hong Kong from 1997 to 2009.The results show：According to the results of Grange causal analysis,ST investment and economic growth present a one-way causal relationship.Both RD funds and RD staff are the Granger reason of economic growth,while the later is not he Granger reason of the former.Finally some suggestions about how to increase the promoting effects of ST investment on the economic growth are proposed.
