山东半岛蓝色经济区海洋产业结构优化升级的制约因素与对策分析

改革开放以来,山东半岛海洋开发快速发展,2009年海洋生产总值位居国内第二位,海洋产业结构不断升级优化。但从整体上看,山东半岛海洋经济仍处于粗放型开发为主的阶段,产业发展不够协调,缺乏有规模的海洋特色产业、龙头企业和名牌产品。要实现山东半岛蓝色经济区海洋产业的优化升级,应探讨海洋产业优化升级的制约因素,从而提出更具有针对性的对策措施。

Since reform and opening up,the marine economy development of Shandong Peninsula is developing rapidly,marine GDP in 2009 ranked second in China,and marine industrial structure is upgrading.But on the whole,the Shandong Peninsula in marine economy is still mainly the extensive stage.Marine Industrial structure is not enough coordination,and lack the scale characteristics of the marine industry,leading enterprises and famous brands.To achieve optimization and upgrading of marine industry in Blue Special Economic Zones of Shandong Peninsula,marine industry should explore the optimization and upgrading of the constraints,which make a more targeted response measures.
