The central region of coal,hydro and coal bed methane resources have a comparative advantage,is an important national energy production and export base.Implementation of the strategy in central China,the central region should be self-sufficient in energy base construction resources and location advantages,in accordance with the ＂stability of coal,expanding electricity,by water,＂development ideas,to coal,hydropower,coal bed methane as a strategic focus on base building.
