摘要
为确保国电谏壁发电厂(送出)500kV输电线路安全、可靠地运行以及验证杆塔设计的合理性,选择工程中使用量最大的SSZT1悬垂塔进行杆塔真型试验。在第7工况和第18工况试验中,部分杆件发生屈曲,显示实际结构受力与计算模型存在差异。针对试验过程中出现的问题进行了讨论,分析了问题出现的原因,提出了处理方案,为今后的铁塔设计及试验提供了参考。
For the safety and stability of the 500 kV transmission line, SSZT1 angle tower which is widely used in the transmission project has been chosen for the prototype model test. In No. 7 and No. 18 load cases, bending occurs showing force differences between the real structure and the computational model. Aiming at the problems, the reasons for bending and solutions are introduced which could also be used as references for other tower design and tests.
