摘要
石灰石粉制备系统是循环流化床(circulating fluidized bed,CFB)机组重要辅助系统之一,其工作效率直接关系到整个锅炉燃烧的脱硫效率、烟尘中SO2含量的有效控制。该系统大多采用二级破碎机加机械筛分系统,存在2个问题:(1)在实际运用中,系统的运行效果不理想;(2)在大型CFB机组中,石灰石粉容量已大大超过该系统以往的设计运行容量。因此,以白马示范电厂石灰石粉制备系统为基础,分析了大型CFB电厂石灰石粉制备系统的设计和系统选择。
It is well known that the limestone preparation system, which directly influences the desulphurization efficiency and the control of SO2 content in the flue dust, is one of the most important assistance system of CFB (circulating fluidized bed) unit. Generally the system includes two-stage crusher and mechanical screening system, which doesnt run well in the actual operation. In addition, the capacity of the limestone powder needed is much more than the designed output of the system. Therefore, based on the limestone preparation system of Baima demonstration power plant, the limestone preparation system suitable for large-scale CFB power units is designed.
