摘要
为了解远程教育人才培养模式和人才培养质量的实际效果,我们开展了毕业生追踪调查,设计制定出三个调查问卷,即教学满意度评价、用人单位满意度评价以及学习效果评价。调查问卷中包含三个层极的若干项目,每个项目解释调查总问卷的概率不同,即对总问卷所起的作用不同,因而需要确定各个项目相对调查总问卷的权重。本研究选择层次分析法计算各项目的权重,这在一定程度能避免专家们认识问题的主观性、差异性和片面性。
In order to find out the actual outcomes of distance education personnel training mode and its training quality, we conducted a tracking survey of its graduates with three questionnaires, namely teaching satisfaction,employer's evaluation and academic achievement assessment. The questionnaires include three-layer items and each item explains the questionnaires with different probability, and the items play different roles in the questionnaires, so the weight of each item to the questionnaire shall be determined. The AHP has been employed to calculate the weight of each item, which will avoid the subjectivity, variation and one-sidedness of experts.
