临床路径已取得一定收效,但缺乏内在动力已成共识。临床路径在我国是个早产儿,作为母亲的公立医院,因为"三个过度"也不健康。应深化医改,针对早产儿的出生缺陷弥补先天不足。临床科室应明确推行的目的,主管部门改进管理,不要管得过细。要从培训入手,培育临床路径工作团队。临床路径这条路很长很长,不要急于求成。

Clinical pathway has been got some effectiveness,but a common understanding is that the clinical pathway lack of internal drive.Clinical pathway in China is aplasia.Its mother,public hospital is also sick because of three over.According to the problems,health system reform is considered to be deepened.Goals of implementing clinical pathway should be clearly answered and administration should be improved and working team should be trained.Clinical pathway is a long term work and should not rush for a quick result.
