实施临床路径为基础的单病种质量管理

Clinical pathway based single disease quality management

大庆油田总医院结合医院实际,通过"调研——试点——改进——评估——持续改进——扩大病种"的方法大力探索和实施临床路径管理,取得医生诊疗进一步规范、工作质量持续提升、患者费用进一步降低、促进了医患和谐、提高了工作效率等效果,同时提出了推行临床路径过程中存在的问题。

Combined with the practices of General of Daqing Oilfield,by process of investigation,pilot,promotion,assessment and continuous improvement,clinical pathway is explored and implemented.Effectiveness such as more standard medical process,continuous promotion on medical quality,lower medical expense,more harmonious hospital patient relationship and higher working efficiency have been achieved.Meanwhile,the problems on implementing clinical pathway is also discussed.
