The Necessity of Writing Cell Pathological Examination Application Form with Specifications

目的分析细胞病理检查申请单的填写状况，提高病理诊断的及时性及准确率。方法通过检查本院病理科2010年1月～2010年12月细胞病理检查申请单2149份，发现存在的问题。结果有160份细胞病理检查申请单不合格，不合格率为7．4％，其中造成病理报告延误21份。结论细胞病理检查申请单书写是否完善、规范，直接关系到病理诊断的及时性、准确性及病理资料的完整性。

Objective To analyze the fill-in of Cell pathological examination application form, and improve the timeliness and accuracy of pathologival diagnosis. Methods Examining 2149 Cell pathological examination application forms during J .anuary 2010 and December 2010 and analyzing problems. Results About 160 application forms were below standard, the failure rate is 7.4%, of which 21 were caused by delay. Conclusion Whether the cell pathological examination application form is standard or not, it is related to the timeliness and accuracy of pathological diagnosis and integrity of the pathological data. Writing and review should be strengthen to the pathological examination application form.
