摘要
为提高内科临床见习效果,在血液病见习中部分吸收以问题为基础的教学模式,是以问题为基础、以学生为主体、以小组讨论为形式,同时加大了教师的引导作用,通过设计不同问题,着重在激发学生学习兴趣、培养正确的临床思维、全面掌握理论知识、掌握沟通技巧等几个方面的培养。结果证实学生的学习兴趣明显提高,活跃了课堂气氛,培养了学生自主学习和解决实际问题的能力,提高了临床思维、综合分析及沟通表达能力,提高了内科临床见习水平。
To stimulate students interest in learning, develop proper clinical thinking, master comprehensive theoretical knowledge and communication skills by the teaching model of problem - based, student-centered, in the form of panel discussions and increasing the role of teacher's guide and designing different problems. The results confirm students' interest in learning was significantly improved, the classroom atmosphere was aroused, students' independent learning and problem-solving ability was developed. The clinical thinking, comprehensive analysis and communication skills were improved, and the level of medical clinical training was also improved.
