通识教育视野下的大学体育教学改革

The Teaching Reform of Physical Education in University under General Education

运用文献法、演绎法等,论述了通识教育的内涵、通识教育与大学体育的关系,分析了当前大学体育教学在通识教育中存在的主要问题,如课程开设的适应性不强,师资队伍素质上的差距,理论教学、教学方法方面滞后等;并阐述了在通识教育视野下大学体育教学的目标及改革途径:构建多元并有特色的课程体系,优化体育教师的知识结构,充实完善教学方法与内容等。

The research uses literature method and deductive reasoning method to discuss the meaning of general education,and the relationship between general education and university physical education.The paper also analyzes major problems in the current university physical education,such as the poor adaptive nature of the courses,the gap in the quality of the teachers and the backward theoretic teaching and teaching method.Finally,the paper points out the way to carry out physical reform in university under general education,including building a multi and unique curriculum;optimizing the knowledge structure of PE teachers,improving teaching method and content,etc.
