摘要
利用四孔振幅掩模的傅里叶变换法,在LiNbO3∶Fe晶体中制作了二维光子晶格,利用功率计测量其透射效率,找到满足Bragg衍射条件的带隙并测量出了二维正方晶格斜45°角方向上以及水平方向上的相对带隙宽度。实验结果表明,在照射相同条件下二维正方格子斜45°方向上的相对禁带宽度比水平方向上的相对禁带宽度宽。
We designed a two-dimensional photonic lattice in LiNbO3 : Fe crystals by Fourier transform of four-hole amplitude mask and measured the transmission efficiency by power detector. The band-gap meeting the conditions of Bragg diffraction was measured. The widths of bandgaps in the horizontal direction and the direction of 45 degrees were also measured. The experimental results show that the band-gap in the direction of 45 degrees is wider than that in the horizontal direction under the same conditions.
