应用MEBO治疗皮肤软组织缺损伤临床报告

Clinical Report of MEBO in the Treatment of Skin Soft Tissue Defect

目的观察湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)治疗皮肤软组织缺损伤的临床效果。方法应用回顾性分析、总结的方法,对2009年10月至2011年6月收治的23例患者的31处皮肤软组织缺损伤创面,使用MEBO进行治疗,并收集、记录、整理和分析治疗效果。结果 23例患者31处皮肤软组织缺损伤创面全部愈合,愈合时间最短12d,最长43d,平均19.5d±4.3d,愈合后基本无瘢痕形成,感觉和功能恢复良好。结论 MEBO治疗皮肤软组织缺损伤,可实现创面皮肤软组织的再生愈合,临床效果理想、操作简单、易于掌握,很适合基层医院开展应用。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacry of MEBO in the treatment of skin soft tissue defect. Methotis 23 patients with 31 skin soft tissue defects admitted between Oct., 2009 and June, 2011 were treated with MEBO. The therapeutic effects data were collected, recorded,classified and analyzed using a retrospeetive approach. Results 31 skin soft tissue defects at 23 patients were all cored with the shortest healing time of 12 days, the longest of 43 （lays and the average healing time of 19. 5d±4. 3d. The defeets healed basically withoul sear formation and with well sensation and function. Conclusion The regenerative healing of skin soft tissue defeet eouht be achieved with MEBO treatment which has the clinical advantages of easy manipulation and operation. This treatment deserves to be applied extensively in the primary hospitals.
