新消防法背景下消防责任事故罪之思考

The Reflection on Fire Civil Liability of the So-called "Crime of Fire Accidents" at Present

随着现实的快速变化,我国刑法关于消防责任事故罪的规定越来越显现出弊端,亟须修改完善。分析了现行消防责任事故罪存在的问题,提出了修改完善的建议。

With the rapid change in China, the criminal law on the fire accidents offense has become increasingly inadequate and urgently needs revising. This paper examines the fire civil liability in a unique perspective and makes a detailed analysis of the existing problems, and puts forwards some suggestions to revise in terms of necessity, usefulness and feasibility.
