血液灌流频次与有机磷中毒疗效分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨血液灌流(HP)治疗频次与急性重度有机磷农药中毒(ASOP)疗效关系。方法选择符合诊断标准的患者,按治疗情况不同分两组。中毒后48 h内行血液灌流治疗3~4次的20例为治疗组。48 h内行一次血液灌流治疗的16例为对照组。通过观察两组阿托品用量、昏迷患者神智转清醒时间、胆碱酯酶(CHE)恢复正常时间、中间综合症(IMS)发生率、抢救成功率等指标判断疗效。结果两组比较,治疗组阿托品用量少,昏迷患者清醒时间短,治愈率明显提高,胆碱酯酶恢复正常时间短,IMS发生率低,抢救成功率高。结论早期多次血液灌流治疗能清除体内有机磷农药,配合常规治疗对救治急性重度有机磷农药中毒疗效显著。 Objective To investigate relationship between blood perfusion(HP) treatment and the frequency of acute severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning(ASOP) effect.Methods The patients met the diagnostic criteria according to different treatment conditions were divided into 2 groups.48 hours after poisoning performed hemoperfusion 3-4 times in 20 patients for the treatment group.48 hours performed 1 hemoperfusion of 16 cases of the control group.Atropine were observed by the amount of unconscious patients to switch mentally awake time,cholinesterase(CHE) recovery time,intermediate syndrome(IMS) incidence,survival rate and other indicators were used to determine efficacy.Results The two groups,treatment group with less atropine coma patient awake time was short,the cure rate was improved significantly,and cholinesterase returned to normal a short time,IMS with low incidence,high success rate.Conclusion Early repeated hemoperfusion to remove the body of organophosphorus pesticides,combined with conventional therapy for treatment of acute severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning effect was significant.
