慢性阻塞性肺病诊疗指南更新药物治疗评述被引量：5

摘要慢性阻塞性肺病全球创议(GOLD)继2006年全面修订后,于2007-2010年每年进行更新,2010年更新版已经发布,药物治疗方面增加了新的内容,例如对COPD药物治疗目标的新认识,关于吸入糖皮质激素/长效支气管扩张药临床疗效的新证据等。最新版本首次对新药磷酸二酯酶-4(PDE-4)抑制药罗氟司特(roflumilast)予以介绍并提出了应用建议。本文就稳定期COPD药物治疗近4年的更新内容予以简要介绍和评述。
