摘要
学困生是因种种原因在学习成绩方面落后于一般同学的学生。在分析学困生主要心理特征的基础上,运用马斯洛人本主义的学习理论、需要层次理论和潜能理论提出:关注学困生的情感和尊严是教育和转化学困生的前提和基础,满足学困生的兴趣需要是教育和转化学困生的有效手段,挖掘学困生的内在潜力是促进学困生成人成才的最终目的。
Students with studying deficiency are behind others in academic achievements.Based on the analyses of these students' main psychological features,the paper is to put forwards the following ideas to optimize their education by applying Maslow's learning theory,demand arrangement theory and potentiality theory.First,the premise and basis of their education is to pay close attention to their feelings and show respect for them.Second,the most efficient way of educating them is to meet their interests' requirements.Last,it is the ultimate purpose to tap their potentials so that they can be well-educated.
