用环糊精(β-CD)分子内空腔模拟酶的疏水结合位,是目前酶模型化合物研究中的一个重要方面。Yoshihisa Matsui曾用偶氮染料(4-羟基-1-萘偶氮4-萘碘酸钠I)作为探针,测定不同结构和链长的脂肪醇在弱酸性(PH=6.4)
It has been proved that three phenyl groups of phenolphthalein(PP^(2-) in alkalisolution have different polarity and the formation of the complex β-CD-PP_(2-) was 1:1 stoi-chiometries. In this paper we report another results about the property of the cavity in β-CDused PP_(2-) as probe. The binding constant of β-CD with aliphatic alcohol was determinedby competitive inclusion method. The experimental results indicated that the property of thecavity is an enzyme-like hydrophobic microenvironment.
