摘要
糖缀合物是一类重要生物物质。本文介绍了合成糖苷及寡糖的一些新方法,包括Koenigs-Knorr及改良法,Me_3Si triflate法,恶唑啉和三氯乙酰亚胺酯法以及杂原子(F,S)与C_1成键的糖衍生物的应用等。
This paper reports some new trend in the syntheses of glycosides and oligosacchari-des, mainly the modified Koenigs-Knorr approach and the methods with trimethylsilyl triflate,oxazoline, trichloroacetimidate and anomeric bond formed by hetroatoms(F, S).
