This paper discuss the feasibility and the implementary effect about the clinical pathway applied to the herniated children.Concluded： The clinical pathway is a new managing way, which is high-quality, high efficiency, low cost. It obviously reduces the days in hospital, the cost in hospital, and the incidence rate of complication after operation; it also improves the degree of satisfaction from the relations. In a word, the clinical pathway is worth in pepularizing in the therapy.
