基于模态分析的局部约束阻尼减振设计 被引量:5

摘要 阻尼减振技术广泛应用于航海、航空领域,对于如何实现阻尼层的减重增效是重要的研究课题,合理的局部阻尼设计是1种有效的方法。以Ansys软件为仿真平台,以模态分析为基础,设计了1种基于模态振型的局部阻尼敷设方案。为了验证所设计的局部阻尼减重增效的性能,对1块4端简支的平板进行了模态分析,分别进行了局部阻尼和全局阻尼的减振设计,以复合结构的损耗因子和频响曲线为评价标准。仿真结果表明,所设计的局部阻尼可以在减轻阻尼层重量的情况下,达到较好的减振效果,对工程应用具有参考价值。 The technology of damping vibration control is used in navigation and spaceflight widely.How to increase its suppression capability and decrease additional weight is an important problem,and the rational partial damping design may be an effective method.Ansys software is set for simulation platform,and the vibration model is obtained as the reference for designing the partial damping based on modal analysis,a partial damping project is designed.In order to validate the performance that is designed in this paper,a plane is applied with global damping and partial damping respectively based on modal analysis,and the effectiveness of vibration suppression is compared.The loss ratio and effectiveness of vibration suppression are calculated.The results show:the additional weight can be reduced by partial damping,and excellent vibration suppression can be achieved.The method is significative for engineering implementation.
