摘要
目的:比较2种固定胃管方法的效果。方法 40例留置胃管患者随机分为对照组和实验组各20例,对照组胃管固定采用新的法,对照组采用传统法,观察2组胃管脱出情况。结果观察组胃管脱出率为0明显低于对照组。结论新的胃管固定法较传统固定法有较大优越性。
Objective To compare 2 methods of gastric tube fixation effect. Methods 40 eases of patients with indwelling gastric tube were randomly divided into control group and experimental group with 20 cases in each group, the control group of gastric tube fixatian using new method, the control group with traditional method, observe 2 groups of gastric prolapse case. Results ： the observation group tube extrusion rate of 0 was significantly lower than the control group. Conclusion the new method is superior to the traditional fixed gastric tube fixation method has more advantages.
