高尿酸对2型糖尿病患者胰岛β细胞功能和胰岛素抵抗的影响 被引量：1

摘要 目的:探讨2型糖尿病(T2DM)和高尿酸血症(HUA)患者胰岛β细胞功能和胰岛素敏感性。方法选取123例T2DM患者,入选病例依血尿酸浓度分为2组:实验组36例,对照组87例。分别进行OGTT试验和同步胰岛素释放试验,计算胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR),β细胞功能修正指数(MBCI)和胰岛素敏感性指标(LAI)。结果:实验组MBCI,IAI高于对照组;与对照组比较。差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:T2DM合并HUA者较无HUA者,胰岛细胞B功能和胰岛素敏感性受损更严重。胰岛素抵抗两者之间无明显差异。
