摘要 简述了某些营养元素缺乏可引起的病态,营养元素摄入量标准和我国人民摄入量现状;介绍了国外食品强化的进展,肯定了食品强化的各种优点。在此基础上,按四种生产类型论述了其生产可行性,表明该项目是前景十分广阔、利国、利民、有经济效益的工业。 Abstract: This article describes briefly possible diseases caused by shortage of certain nutritive elementsand the intake of nutritive elements of average Chinese as compared to the international standard. It also introduces the scientific achievements in food intensification abroad and advantages of the process, discusses the feasibility according to four types of production. Food intensification has turned out to be a very prosperous and profitable industry beneficial to both country and the people.
