“大果”香梨的生物学特性研究

摘要 利用在普通香梨中发现的"大果"香梨为试材,从生物学特性方面对其进行研究。试验表明:"大果"香梨的花的物候期比普通香梨平均早1~2d,果实的物候期早4d,叶的物候期没有差异。果实单果质量和果实大小方面大果香梨和普通香梨存在显著性差异,在内在品质方面没有明显的差异。根据组织发生层学说判断变异结构,试验表明:转接的"大果"香梨和原株"大果"香梨的保卫细胞大小和叶面积大小没有显著性差异,"大果"香梨与普通香梨存在显著性差异,从而推断出"大果"香梨的LⅠ层发生了变异。"大果"香梨与普通香梨的花瓣长存在极显著性差异,宽度存在显著性差异,由此可以推断LⅡ层也发生了变异。 Use a large fragrant pear fruit as materials which found in ordinary pear, Aspects of the biological characteristics of their study, the results showed that The flower phenology of Large fragrant pear earlier than the normal average of 1 - 2 days, Phenology of fruit as eariy as 4 days, leaf phenology have no difference.The each fruit weight and fruit size between large pear and ordinary pear have a much big difference, In terms of quality, including no significant difference. According to organization theory judgments variation occurs layer structure, the results show that:the drafting of large fragrant pear fruit and ordinary pear have no difference between guard cell size and leaf size,but large fragrant pear and ordinary pear have a big difference.Froom above we can judje L Ⅰ of have a level variation occurred, large fragrant pear and ordinary pear have a very significant difference with petals length,the wideth have a difference, It can be inferred LⅡ level variation also occurred, large fragrant pear is a mutate which mutant L Ⅰ, L Ⅱ layer generated of commone pear. For L Ⅲ level variations and is not fold variation need further study.
