摘要
为建立较为系统的黄芩规范化生产技术体系,解决在生产上引种比较混乱的局面,2009-2010年进行了3种不同产地黄芩京郊适应性比较的试验。结果表明:3个产地的黄芩间有一定差异,根长、根茎粗、鲜质量、干质量、折干率及经济效益均以山东产地的最高,北京产地的次之,山西产地的最低。山东和北京产地黄芩分别比山西产地黄芩增产17.400%和7.500%,分别增效23.600%和10.100%。黄芩苷含量以北京地区产黄芩最高为16.100%,但3个品种间差异不显著。
To establish a more systematic and standardized production technology system of Scutellaria Baicalensis, in 2009-2010 three different areas Scutellaria Baicalensis were planted in Beijing suburb to compare their Beijing suburb. The results show that there are certain differences between the Scutellaria Baicalensis from different areas, root length, roots thick, fresh weight, dry weight, dry discount rate and economic efficiency are the highest of Shandong origin, followed by Beijing, Shanxi was the lowest. Shandong and Beijing, Origin Scutellaria Baicalensis, respectively 17.400% and 7.500 % yield compared to Shanxi Origin Scutellaria Baicalensis, efficiency respectively 23.600 % and 10.100 %. The contents of baicalin in Beijing Origin Scutellaria Baicalensis was the highest, reached 16.100%, no significant differences were found.
