摘要
基地服务工作内容繁杂,涉及基地的方方面面,加强基地管理队伍建设是提高服务科研保障能力的重要前提,也是基地自身发展的首要条件,只有牢固树立以服务科研一线为宗旨,时刻为科研一线服务为己任,最大限度发挥基地的作用,才能充分实现基地的服务功能。
With regard to some problems in the management team construction and scientific research service, this paper summed up our experience of practical operation period of Lishui Experiment Station in recent years, strengthening the management team construction was the important premise of improving the abilities of scientific research service and self-development of experiment station, furthermore, only establishing the purpose that service for scientific research firmly at any moment, and maximizing the role of the experiment station, we can fully realize the scientific service function of the experiment Station, and contribute to the brilliant science and research achievements for Jiangsu academy of agricultural sciences.
