摘要
为了刻画跑道安全事件的危害程度,将不安全事件的危害划分为显性危害和潜在危害,针对跑道安全事件测算了各种情况下的危害概率,并确定了危害的算法。实践证明,它可以为评判不安全事件提供一个定量的指数,比此前的评价方法更加客观。
In order to weight the severity of the events, observable and potential damages should be taken into account. The paper puts forward the loss probability toward all kinds of runway safety occurrences and develops an algorithm.. Practice proves that it can provide a quantitative index for unsafe occurrences,, which is mote objective than the previous method.
