机械化升级改造前后煤矿对环境空气中SO_2的浓度贡献变化

摘要 依据《环境影响评价技术导则大气环境(HJ2.2—2008)》的要求,利用导则推荐的ADMS空气质量模式,模拟计算机械化升级改造前后煤矿对周边环境空气中SO2的浓度贡献情况,主要包括项目排放对环境空气敏感区、最大地面小时浓度、最大地面日均浓度和年均浓度的影响。由模拟结果可知,本项目实施后对周围环境空气质量的影响较小,项目排放的污染物扩散由于局地地形的影响,容易在沟谷地带形成高值区;而且本次机械化升级改造后项目对当地环境空气质量的影响较以前大幅减小,这主要是由于本次改造增加的大气污染防治措施大大降低了项目污染物的排放量。 According to the Guidelines for Enviromnental Impact Assessment Atmospheric Environment( H J2.2- 2008)and by using the ADMS air quality model, it is simulated the concentration of SO2 contributed by coal mine before and after mechanizatiou upgrading, mainly including the effects of discharge on the sensitive areas of air, maximum hours of concentration, the maximum daily average concentratien and annual average concentration. Tim simulation results show: after upgrading, it impacts less on air quality after the implementation of the project ; because of complex terrain, the pollutants are easy to be enriched in the valley areas; after this mechanical npgrading, the effects of the project on local air quality has greatly reduced than before and this is mainly due to the increase of this modified air pollution control measures which has significantly reduced the emission.
