行风评价体系中关于病人满意度问卷方式的探索

摘要 病人满意度问卷作为评价医院医疗质量、构成医院行风评价体系的有效方式和重要内容,其结果可以帮助医院管理层了解患者的医疗服务需求,考查现有医疗服务质量。本文主要分析在现状下由医院出面负责实施的满意度问卷方式在实施过程中的优缺点,分析其可操作性,以期寻求一套行之有效的问卷方式取得客观真实的资料切实满足病人的需求。 The feedback on patients' satisfaction questionnaire, as an effective method and critical part of the evaluation on hospital medical quality and of creating hospital medical morality evaluation system, plays an important role in helping the hospital management understand the patients' needs of medical service and improve the quality of medical service accordingly. This article mainly analyses the advantage and drawback as well as the maneuverability of the patients' satisfaction questionnaire survey presently carried out by the hospitals, and explores effective questionnaire survey by obtaining Objective and true information to fully satisfy the patients' actual needs.
