两种不同剂量贝那普利治疗高血压病的比较

目的本文旨在观察贝那普利在24h是否仍能平稳降压。方法观察59例诊断为3级高血压病的患者,服用贝那普利20mg,qd共两周(第一组)及贝那普利10mg,q12h共两周(第二组),在早8点及晚20点血压控制情况。结果第二组早8点的收缩压及舒张压血压控制较第一组稳定,而晚20点的疗效无明显差别;第一组早8点疗效与治疗前无明显差别。结论贝那普利24h疗效难以维持。

Objective To observe if blood pressure is stable in 24 hours after Benazepril. Methods Fifty-nine patients with hypertension phase III were observed on blood pressure at 8 clock and 20 clock after benazepril 20mg, qd, two weeks（the first group） and 10mg, ql2h, two weeks（the second group）. Results The systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the first group at 8 clock were more stable than the second group and they had no significant difference at 20 clock. The systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the first group had no significant difference compared with pre-treatment at 8 clocks. Conclusion The effect ofbenazepril can not persist in 24 hours.
