摘要
目的通过单纯的低铁饲料喂养Wistar大鼠的方法,建立缺铁性贫血模型。方法雌性Wistar大鼠12只,随机分为2组,缺铁组和对照组各6只。用奶粉、大豆油、玉米淀粉、NaCl配制低铁饲料。缺铁组给予低铁饲料,对照组给予正常清洁级饲料喂养。1个月后,检测大鼠体重和血红蛋白含量,光学显微镜下进行红细胞计数。在喂养过程中,观察每组大鼠行为和体态的变化。结果缺铁组大鼠的平均体重小于正常组(P<0.05),血红蛋白含量小于正常组(P<0.01),红细胞计数小于正常组(P<0.01);并观察到缺铁组大鼠靠近尾部的皮毛斑块状脱落,尿液颜色加深,粪便较硬且为棕黄色等改变。结论用本实验的方法制造的低铁饲料喂养Wistar大鼠1个月后,缺铁性贫血模型建立成功。
Objective To feed Wistar rats with low-iron diet,establishing a model of iron deficiency anemia.Methods Twelve female Wistar rats were randomly divided into two groups,including iron deficiency group and the control group(n=6).The low-iron diet was made up of the milk powder,soybean oil,corn starch and NaCl.Iron deficiency group treated with the low iron diet,but control group was given normal diet of clean grade.A month later,body weight and hemoglobin concentration of rats were inspected,and red blood cell was counted under the optical microscope.Throughout the process,the behavior and the body changes of every rat were observed.Results The average weight,hemoglobin and red blood cell count of iron deficiency group were less than the normal group(P<0.05).Rats in Iron deficiency group were observed that the fur near the tail was patchy loss,urine color deepened,stool becomes hard and brown.Conclusion The experimental method of low-iron diet fed Wistar rats a month later,establishing a successful model of iron deficiency anemia.
