乳腺癌计算机X线成像钼靶影像诊断价值探讨

目的探讨计算机X线成像(CR)钼靶在乳腺癌的影像诊断中的价值。方法随机抽选自2010年1月以来通过手术病理证实的41例乳腺癌患者的临床X线资料,所有影像均充分显露受检测乳房,无不合格图像。由我科2名副主任技师讨论分析影像特征并记录。结果乳房肿块者31例,其中位于外上象限23例、内上象限3例、外下象限2例、内下象限2例、乳头后1例。乳头凹陷9例,腋窝淋巴结肿大21例。肿块伴毛刺21例,占51.2%;伴沙粒钙化4例,占9.8%;伴有皮肤增厚3例,占7.3%;伴有乳头或皮肤凹陷者3例,占7.3%。无明显肿块中表现为沙粒样钙化8例,占19.5%;其他表现2例,占8.7%。其中有8例患者能清晰显示结构扭曲紊乱征象。结论 CR钼靶的应用极大地提高了乳腺疾病的检出率。

Objective To investigate diagnosis in breast cancer of CR molybdenum target imaging.Methods Fourty-one pathologically confirmed cases of breast cancer patients with clinical X-ray data were randomly selected from our department through since January 2010, all images are fully revealed by the detection of breast, non-failure image. Image features and record by 2 deputy director technician of our section were discussed and analyzed.Results Thirty-one cases of breast lumps, which is located in the upper outer quadrant in 23 cases, within the upper quadrant in 3 cases, outer quadrant in 2 cases, within the next quadrant in 2 cases, nipple 1 case. Inverted nipple nine cases, axillary lymph nodes in 21 cases. Mass with glitches in 21 cases, 51.2%; with sand calcification in 4 cases, 9.8%; with skin thickening in 3 cases, 7.3%; with nipple or skin depression in 3 patients, accounting for 7.3%. No obvious mass in the performance of sand-like calcification in 8 cases, 19.5%; other manifestations in 2 cases, accounting for 8.7%. Including 8 patients with disorders that can clearly show signs of structural distortions. Conclusion The application of CR molybdenum target greatly can improve the detection rate of the breast disease.
