开展优质护理服务 提高住院患者满意度

摘要 目的探讨外科开展优质护理服务的做法与效果。方法对2010年10~2011年5月在外科住院治疗的150例患者进行优质护理服务,通过问卷方式对实施前后住院患者护理服务满意度及护理质量满意度进行调查评价。结果实施后住院患者对护理服务满意度及护理质量满意度分别为93.3%和96.2%,较实施前85.9%的满意度有明显提高,实施前后比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论开展优质护理服务明显提高医院临床护理工作质量和住院患者满意度。 Objective To find out the approaches and effects of providing high-quality nursing service in surgery. Methods One hundred and fifty cases of patients who ever stayed in hospital receiving surgical treatment during October 2010 to May 2011 received high-quality nursing service, and the satisfaction about the nursing service and the nursing quality through questionnaires were studied and commented. Results After providing high-quality nursing service, the satisfaction about nursing service and nursing quality rate was 93.3% and 96.2% respectively which were obviously improved compared with 85.9% of the satisfaction before implementation. There were significant meanings in comparing the differences before and after high-quality nursing service (P〈0.05).Conclusion Providing high-quality nursing service can obviously improve hospital's clinical nursing quality and inpatients' satisfaction.
