基于SFA模型的河南省技术创新效率的实证研究

The Empirical Analysis of Technical Innovation Efficiency in Henan Province Based on Stochastic Frontier Analysis

运用对数型柯布-道格拉斯生产函数的随机前沿生产函数(SFA),实证研究了2005～2008年河南省区域技术创新效率。结果显示:科技活动人员投入比科技活动经费支出具有更高的产出弹性;从整体来看,河南省平均技术效率水平在近年中呈现出稳步上升趋势,但效率较低;同时,各地市之间区域技术创新效率差距明显。这表明如何提高河南省区域技术创新效率和缩小各地市之间效率差距是当前问题的关键。

The paper uses the stochastic production frontier function on Cobb-Douglas production function to investigate the technical innovation efficiency between 2005 and 2008 in Henan province.Results show that the personnel input of in science and technology activities is more productive than the appropriation expenditures for science and technology activities.On the whole,the average technical efficiency level of Henan Province in re-cent years shows a steady upward trend,but less efficient.At the same time,the difference of technological in-novation efficiency among the cities of Henan is obvious.This shows how to improve the technological innovation efficiency of Henan and reduce the difference of the efficiency among the regions is very important.
