摘要
采用反应分离方法,用甲基叔丁基醚尾气对富集均三甲苯进行精制。讨论了催化剂用量、反应温度和气速等条件对富集均三甲苯精制的影响,确定了较佳的精制条件,甲乙苯的转化率超过94%,均三甲苯的收率大于110%,反应液中均三甲苯/C9芳烃的质量分数大于98.6%。
The reaction separation method,using methyl tert-butyl ether exhaust to refine the enrichment of mesitylene.The paper discussed the amount of catalyst,reaction temperature and gas velocity on the concentration of toluene three refining effect,obtained the better refining conditions,a ethylbenzene conversion rate of more than 94%,all three of toluene was greater than 110%,the reaction liquid toluene are three and C9 aromatic quality ratio greater than 98.6%.
