摘要
砾石尺寸设计是砾石充填类防砂设计的关键步骤之一,砾石尺寸的大小会影响防砂效果和油气井生产动态。对目前国内外的砾石尺寸设计方法进行了综述,并对这些方法进行了分类和剖析,得到了DePriester和Schwartz两种方法的程序化计算步骤,并给出了部分参数的推荐取值。在此基础上,结合实例,对上述设计方法的设计结果进行了对比和分析,总结了各自的优缺点及适应性。
Gravel size greatly affects sand control effect and well performances,and its decision is one of the key step for designing optimization of sand control concerning gravel-packing.In this work,almost all of the gravel size models,which involve Karpoff,Smith,TauschCorley,Saucier,DePriester,Schwartz model and the model based gravel pack throats simulation from reference 4th,are summarized and re-analyzed.For more convenient usage,the programmable design procedures and the recommended parameter scope for DePriester and Schwartz models are worked out.By a case study,in which all of the models are used to design gravel size by the same formation sand sieved data,the design results of all models are compared and each model's characteristics and adaptabilities are made clear.
