摘要
抽油机井智能抽空控制技术,是以计算机诊断为基础,通过连续动态数字示功图、动态数字电动机电流模态的分析,找出以抽油泵充满度为可视参量的运行模式,发挥油井最大潜能,做到产量最大化,油井运行时间最小化。由于抽汲状况的改善,减少了抽油泵的液击现象,可以大大延长检泵周期。
Oil pumping unit intelligence control technology is based on computer diagnosis.Through continuous dynamic digital indicating diagram,we can find the operational mode of the oil pump unit degree of filling to develop oil wells' greatest potential,maximize the oil production,and minimize the runtime of oil wells.The improvement of pumping reduces the liquid-hammering,and prolongs the pump detection period.
