甜菜抗(耐)丛根病生理基础的研究(Ⅰ) 过氧化物酶(POX)、多酚氧化酶(PPO)、苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)与甜菜抗丛根病的关系 被引量:5

摘要 本文从比较生理学角度,研究了甜菜抗丛根病特性与其体内有关防御酶系的关系,结果表明,甜菜感病后,POX酶活性增加与抗病性有关,特别是PAL 活性提高与抗病性呈正相关,可作为病地上和无病地上选育抗(耐) 丛根病品种的重要生理指标。 The relation between character of resistance to rhizomania and defense enzyme in sugarbeet were studied .The results showed:after the sugarbeet was infected with rhizomania, the resistance to rhizomania was relatd with increase of activities of POX and PAL.espeicialy was positive related with PAL s increase of activity. The variation of their activitier could be used as index to select sugarbeet breed of resistance(tolerance)to rhizomania in sick soil and sickless siol.
