TM卫片在森林资源规划设计调查中的应用研究

RESEARCH BY USING TM SATELLITE PHOTO IN INVESTIGATION AND DESIGN OF FOREST RESOURCES

应用ＴＭ 卫片进行二类调查，在内蒙古大兴安岭林区，乃至全国是一项新技术的应用。１９９８ 年，内蒙古大兴安岭森林调查规划院进行了ＴＭ 卫片在二类调查中应用的试验。本文针对ＴＭ 卫片在二类调查中应用的可能性、优缺点及关键性问题进行调查分析，总结出：应用ＴＭ 卫片进行二类调查的生产工艺，并对ＴＭ 卫片在二类调查中的最佳时相、波段组合和比例尺选择，以及基本图转绘、求积和如何解决卫片应用到二类调查中产生的问题进行了分析论证。研究表明，应用ＴＭ 卫片在内蒙古大兴安岭林区开展二类调查是可行的。通过研究，为使用航天遥感技术进行二类调查奠定了基础。

It is a new technology that using TM satellite photo go on with the aecond type investigation in the Inner Mongolia Daxingan forest as well as in all area in China.In 1998,an experiment of using TM satellite photo for the second type of forest investigation was made.Some questions such as the possibility,the advantage and virtue the key to the question that often be interrelated with using TM satellite photo on the second forest investigation were discussed and the production technology usig TM satellite pholo on the secod type forest investigation was summed up and the optimum time phase,the realignment of wave band,selection of the scale,the basic mape passon charting and planimete of the TM satellite photo in the secong type forest investigation were demonstrated.How to slove the qustion tht come from using TM satellite on the second investigation was also discussed.Th study indicated that TM satellite photo is a feasible technology to investigate the forest resources in the secong level in Inner Mongolia Daxinganling forest area and it also laid a foundation for using spaceflight and remote sensing technology on the secong type investigation of forest.
