摘要
碱渣是炼厂危险废弃物中比较难处理的一种,其污染物种类复杂、含量高,直接将碱渣排放至炼油厂现有的污水处理系统,会对生化系统造成严重冲击,同时影响污水处理场的大气环境质量。长期以来,炼厂碱渣处理没有高效、低成本、无害化的技术,通常是产废单位交给专业公司处置,处置费用高,外送过程中存在二次污染的风险。采用内循环BAF技术处理炼厂碱渣,具有如下特点:高品质填料,具有更高的孔隙率、更大的比表面积和更小的堆积密度;新型曝气技术,实现了曝气与生化的分离;独特的反冲洗方法,使填料层处于微变形膨胀状态,避免了滤料的黏结堵塞;选用日常生活污水产生的细菌作为菌种,进行生物膜培养及驯化,确保了系统中的生物活性和生物量,抗冲击负荷、耐有毒物质能力强,提高了污染物去除率。该技术高效、安全、无害、运行简单、无依赖性、处理成本低。
Alkaline residue is a hazardous refinery waste difficult to dispose tants in large contents.Directly discharging alkaline residue into refineries' of.It contains a existing sewage variety of poilu- treatment system will have a dramatic impact on the biochemical system and also affect the air quality around the sewage treatment plant.For a long period of time,there has been no efficient,low-cost and environmentally friendly alkaline residue treatment process available in refineries and the practice is to transport the waste to special- ized companies for disposal.The disadvantages of this practice are that the disposal fees are high and that there is a risk of secondary pollution during transportation.The internal circulation BAF technology has advan- tages outlined as follows:high-quality packing has higher porosity,greater specific surface area and smaller stacking density;new aeration technology separates the processes of aeration and biochemistry ;the unique back flush method sends the packing layer in a state of slight deformation and inflation,thus preventing filtered materials from bonding and clogging;using the bacteria in domestic sewage as the strain used in the cultiva- tion and acclimation of bio-film ensures the activity and amounts of organisms in the system;the technology has strong resistance to impact and poisonous substances and stronger capability of removing pollutants.The technology is efficient, safe, non-hazardous, easy to use, non-addictive and cost effective.
